These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Apex Mind by Sarah website, products, content, and services (together, the “Services”), operated by Apex Mind LLC (“Apex Mind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, buying a product, or using any of our content, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

1. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. If you’re younger than that, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our products

Apex Mind offers digital and physical personal-development products. These include audio programs, robotic and positive affirmation sessions, neural-conditioning audio, downloadable materials, and online courses. Everything is delivered electronically. 3. License and acceptable use

When you buy a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use that product for your own personal development. You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or distribute any product or content
  • share your account, login, or purchased content with anyone else
  • publicly broadcast, perform, or display the audio or course materials
  • modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
  • remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

All content, audio, recordings, course materials, text, graphics, logos, and the “Apex Mind” name and branding belong to Apex Mind LLC or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

4. Accounts and access

Some products are delivered through an account or a course platform. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or revoke access if these Terms are broken, including for unauthorized sharing or distribution of content.

5. Important disclaimer

Our products are meant for personal development, education, and entertainment. They aren’t medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or professional advice, and they aren’t a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Apex Mind doesn’t diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition. Our audio programs, affirmations, and mindset content are tools for self-improvement, and individual results vary. We don’t guarantee that you’ll reach any particular outcome. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please talk to a licensed healthcare professional. Never listen to an audio program while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your full attention.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices appear at checkout and can change at any time. You agree to give accurate payment information and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your purchase.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Apex Mind LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or products.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them on this page, and if you keep using the Services, that means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
