Digital Products
Every activation from Apex Mind is digital. There’s nothing to ship, and you’ll never be charged a shipping fee. You get your purchase electronically, right after checkout.
How you receive your purchase
- Audio programs and downloadable files are ready right after your order is confirmed, through a download link and your confirmation email.
- Courses and programs (such as the 30 Day Quantum Leaping Challenge) are delivered through our course platform. After you buy, you’ll get access details by email so you can log in and begin.
If your access hasn’t arrived
Access is usually instant, but email can take a few minutes now and then. If you don’t see your confirmation:
- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folders.
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
- If it still hasn’t shown up, email us at sarah@apxmind.com with your order number and we’ll get you access right away.
Physical Products
Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your journal ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order's progress. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive within the U.S., so total delivery time is generally 8-10 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond my control. If your order arrives damaged or you have not received it within the expected timeframe, please contact me at friends@apxmind.com with your order number so I can help resolve the issue.
